My New Family

Just a few weeks ago I heard from my host sister in France and I now have a family! I am going to be living approximately 30km from Geneva, Switzerland. It is nice to finally put my experience into perspective, because now I know who I will be living with and where I am going to high school (it is called lycée there).

One thing that will be very different is the fact that my host family has a cat! I have dog here at home, and I have no idea what to expect out of a cat. Oh well, it will simply be a different and hopefully gratifying experience!

I have so much more information about what my experience is going to be like and what I should expect. The little town that I will be living in has so much to offer, even though it is smaller than my hometown!

I have to get packing, who knows how much can fit in a 44lb suitcase for one whole year?!
